Why I Do What I Do
More than eleven years ago, my journey began as a trainer. What started as teaching quickly became something much bigger. I realised I wasn't simply passionate about delivering training. I was passionate about helping people discover opportunities to learn, grow and become better at what they do.
That belief eventually led me to describe myself as a Learning Advocate. Today, that philosophy influences everything I do, from consulting and leadership development to mentoring professionals, designing learning experiences and helping businesses make better decisions.

Led a cross-functional initiative to develop an end-to-end enablement playbook that continues to support sales teams years after its launch. The project wasn't just about delivering training materials; it was about fostering collaboration, sparking innovation, and creating long-term behavioral change that outlasted the initial rollout.
Website Development Journey
Building the first client website pushed me well beyond my comfort zone. It required learning new tools, understanding user psychology, and translating business goals into a seamless digital experience. That initial challenge became the foundation for helping more businesses establish a stronger, more intentional online presence today.

I've always believed that learning should be accessible and continuous. That belief led to the creation of my professional newsletter (formerly GrowthMentum, now Qore Skills to Develop). It's a space dedicated to sharing practical learning resources, curated insights, and thought-provoking ideas with a growing community of professionals.

Some of my most rewarding work happens outside of formal engagements. I am deeply passionate about providing pro bono coaching and mentoring to early-career professionals, former colleagues, and members of the LinkedIn community. Helping someone navigate their career or untangle a complex problem is why I became an advocate for learning in the first place.
